Sue started her career working for Barclays SA in Paris returning to the UK to work for The Rank Organisation in London. In 1983 she founded Pink, initially with a couple of colleagues, and has overseen the growth of the business into a highly respected Thames Valley firm of accountants. The business initially grew almost entirely by word of mouth recommendations. Since then, through the recruitment of a team of trusted and talented individuals, Pink has expanded its portfolio of services, now employing highly qualified tax and accountancy professionals to support the core bookkeeping and payroll services.
Sue has now stepped down from the day to day management of the company but guides the overall strategy. While she insists upon the company being utterly professional she's equally insistent that we are friendly, approachable and fair. There is a Pink way of doing things and we employ 'Pink people' - it's what sets us apart and is Sue's greatest passion. Well, perhaps the grandchildren now!
